"Elixir" sounds so good and old skool, I suppose it was bound to inspire at least one more mix, e.g. this "Poison Mix." As I produced the prior, ideas were already floating around in its particular brew for this mix. Distortion over the bass, I thought. Loop repeat style on some of the more transient moments. Speed it up to at least a slower house/trance bpm.

These are the main changes which "Elixir [Poison Mix] exhibits as it pulses through at 121 bpm. Of course, as always, the changes dictated their own nuances and subsequent changes. Then there are always the sort of things that just...happen...like the chords getting squished into a barely tonal minimal melody. ~_~

Oh, and did I mention this tune is coursing through your veins in 3/4? Don't know, per se, why...but it seems 3/4 is quite a logical time signature, along with its triple-oriented comrades.
